MQ307A overview

The MQ307A is a CO Gas Sensor Module made by Hanwei Electronics. Main ratings: Heater Voltage 0.90V ± 0.10V AC or DC; Circuit Voltage ≤ 6V; Load Resistance Adjustable(> 1 KΩ) ,PS < 10 mW; Heating Resistance 3.8 Ω ± 0.5 Ω (at Room Temperature). This page brings together the MQ307A pinout and key specifications, with the full datasheet PDF to preview below or download.

MQ307A gas sensors belong to the MQ gas sensing module series. The MQ series is well known for its innate ability to effectively and timely report harmful concentrations of dangerous gasses. MQ307A is a CO (carbon Monoxide) gas sensor used to detect and identify harmful concentrations of CO gas in the immediate vicinity. The sensor features a wide array of design capabilities such as ESD protection and overvoltage protection. MQ307A sensor can easily be interfaced with any MCU (Arduino, Raspberry-pi, etc.) for analog data extraction. MQ307A has a wide array of design applications and is readily used in the home, work, and industrial applications such as CO gas leakage alarms and gas over threshold concentration alarms, etc.

The core sensing element in MQ307A sensors is SnO2 which allows for quick detection of the harmful concentration of CO gas. The sensing threshold of the MQ307A gas sensor is around 500-10000ppm allowing for precise measurement and detection of harmful gases.
